Synopsis

Set in mid-70s France, Vanessa, a former dancer, and her husband Roland, an American writer, embark on a journey across the country. As their relationship shows signs of strain, they find themselves in a quiet seaside town, where they begin to reconnect. Along the way, they grow closer to some of the town’s colourful residents, including a lively café owner and a charming hotelier.
