Dimman, a wandering conman, finds himself lost at sea, both literally and metaphorically. Living on a boat, often under the influence, he resorts to cheating others to survive.
As he drifts through life, he grapples with the consequences of his wicked choices, even crashing a former friend’s wedding uninvited. His so-called frenemy, Fredrik, is in an even worse predicament. Just before his wedding, Fredrik gambles away all the wedding funds, expressing his despair with, “I can’t hold onto anything.” In a twist of fate, the two forge a tenuous alliance, navigating their way through shifting loyalties and the chaos of their lives filled with boats and booze.
Together, they scramble to make amends and salvage what little hope remains before the wedding day arrives, highlighting the struggle for redemption amidst the wreckage of their troubled lives.
