During which he must rely on his cunning to survive deadly monsters, the wrath of nature, tempting enchantresses, and even a descent into the Underworld.

During his ten-year journey home after the Trojan War, Odysseus was kept prisoner by the nymph, Calypso, on the island of Ogygia. Maltese tradition holds that the real location of Ogygia is Gozo and that her cave lies high above Ramla beach.
